All facilities will be disinfected prior to a return to work with a frequent cleaning schedule throughout the semester.
Even with these additional measures, it is the responsibility of each individual to take care of their space.
All classrooms and physical spaces on campus receive frequent cleaning based on CDC guidelines and best practice. More frequent cleaning and disinfection may be required based on level of use. Housekeeping will disinfect high touch areas when in use including tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.
Disinfectant wipes and EPA-registered spray disinfectant will be available at the entrance to each classroom and in common areas. Hand sanitizer will be available at the main entrance to each building and in classrooms and common areas. Every evening classrooms will be deep cleaned using electrostatic sprayers.
Office Cleaning Supplies
Housekeeping crews will continue to clean physical spaces across campus with CDC/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommended cleaning supplies and according to CDC guidelines, as updated.
Self-cleaning and disinfecting supplies will be provided for each workplace, classroom, residence hall, dining facility, library and other University facilities.
Campus Operations is the centralized source on campus for office cleaning supplies.
Handwashing stations or hand sanitizer dispensers will be installed throughout all buildings on campus including at building entrances, near elevators, restrooms and common areas.
Each Department is encouraged to keep a supply available at the entrance or administrative office.
